You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding financial transactions and payments. PayDeet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any prohibited activities are detected.

Payment Services

2.1 Transaction Facilitation: PayDeet facilitates payment transactions between users, allowing users to send and receive money securely. PayDeet acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the underlying goods or services exchanged. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding financial transactions and payments.

2.2 Security Measures: PayDeet employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data and financial information. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information and taking appropriate security measures on their devices and networks.

User Responsibilities and Conduct

3.1 Account Information: Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided during registration and use of the PayDeet services. You must ensure that the banking information provided is valid and belongs to you.

3.2 Acceptable Use: Users must not engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the PayDeet services. This includes but is not limited to transmitting viruses, spamming, or engaging in fraudulent activities. Users agree to use the PayDeet services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to PayDeet, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are the property of PayDeet Limited. Users acknowledge and agree that they have no rights or claims to the intellectual property of PayDeet.

4.2 Restrictions: Users may not use, copy, or distribute any intellectual property belonging to PayDeet without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer: PayDeet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the PayDeet services. This includes but is not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or any other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

5.2 Liability Limit: PayDeet's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall PayDeet's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the use of the PayDeet services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Applicable Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PayDeet operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

6.2 Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may initiate legal proceedings.

7.1 Updates: PayDeet reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the PayDeet services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

7.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PayDeet regarding your use of the PayDeet services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
